Changing or Cancelling Your Order
After you have completed the checkout process and clicked “Place Order”, your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call Customer Service at 1-888-604-0008. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
To process an exchange, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-604-0008. You will be asked to return your existing item(s) for a credit and we will place a new order for the correct item. You will be required to pay shipping and handling on the return and we will ship your new item without additional shipping and handling charges.
